All "Dollar a Day" contracts are for $365 (365 days) and will be paid in full, in advance. Crozier Radio Productions (CRP) will provide the contracted feature each weekday of the 365-day contract by sending the mp3 audio and associated links to a predetermined e-mail address.
All audio and links are to be used only be the contractual station and not to be shared or forwarded. Breach of this agreement will terminate the service immediately and Crozier Radio Productions will retain the full payment.
The station understands that CRP does not own the copyright for any of the audio clips associated with these features and the station assumes full financial liability for the broadcasting of these audio clips without permission of the copyright owners.
